Invalid request - too many transactions, Transactions list empty, Account details incomplete, supplied transactionId exceeds 100 characters, description missing or blank, or description exceeds 1000 characters (validated per account; the whole payload is rejected on the first invalid account). Also returned when the submission is larger than the client's whole hourly transaction limit, because a retry cannot succeed.
